Jack Brown is a knowledgeable and passionate real estate investor. Jack is currently majoring in Commercial Real Estate Finance at the College of Charleston in South Carolina.  

Jack began his real estate career when he was at 22 years old,  as an acquisitions manager for a real estate investor team.  Jack discovered his passion for Multifamily real estate and investment and  connected with an experienced multifamily, high-powered team.
Jack is a conscientious, invested professional who puts his clients' investments interestsand successes first.  As a current resident of South Carolina, he understand the various Carolina markets and works to find and underwrite deal with large upside to investors. 

When Jack is not finishing school and working on real estate asset acquisition he enjoys playing on the College of Charleston Club Soccer team, golf on the beautiful course of the Carolina and spending time with his family.

Virginia Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur and 20 year small business owner.  She has extensive experience and knowledge of buying and selling assets, understanding financial statements and sourcing commercial real estate properties by working with brokers.  Additionally Virginia has owned short and long term rental properties over the past 10 years.  Virginia has always had a passion and interest in real estate and is excited to move in to the multifamily space. 

Virginia graduated from Providence College with a degree in Elementary and Special Education and acquired two Masters degrees from UCONN in Educational Psychology and Leadership.  Her strength is understanding people  and developing relationships to ensure their investment goals are met.

Virginia currently lives in Naples, FL and enjoys the beautiful sunshine, water and golf course Southwest Florida offers. She also enjoys spending time with friends and friends when she is not working.
